The 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to the situation(s) listed below:

Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code provides that certain products or services cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal, in particular the provision of a service the execution of which has begun after the express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.

The Customer acknowledges being fully aware and accepting that the Services begin to be performed as soon as the order is placed and therefore expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
